...and, frankly, we love our newest novel's cover. Pretty sad if we didn't, right?, since Renee designed the thing herself, giving cover credit to her own 1 Rat Studio.
If your eyes are going bad from reading so many e-books, you'll find a bigger copy of the image under "Things We're Doing". We think, e'er so modestly, it looks even better, bigger.
One reason we like our cover? Every bit of it is reflected in the actual novel itself. From the beautiful, see-through woman, to the finger on her lips, to the building behind her, to the gray skies above her ... it's all in the book and it all matters. We like covers that reflect the actual content they contain.
On the other hand, we also really enjoy bad book covers. Not on our books, you're right. Good catch! So it brightened our day to find Good Show, Sirand its huge collection of terrible fantasy/science fiction covers. It made us even happier to come across The List Café and its list of Mega Bad Book Covers. When you wander over there, you'll discover such modern classics as The Best Dad is a Good Lover and Cooking with Pooh.
